The four committees of the School that are established in the School Bylaws are the management committee, the academic programs committee, the faculty affairs committee, and the promotion and tenure committee. Each are further described below, updated as of July 14, 2009.
The Management Committee is composed of the Dean, Associate Dean, Chairs and Directors of the School. The purpose of the committee is to advise the Dean on administrative, budgetary, and planning issues. See more at the School Bylaws.

The Academic Program Committee has jurisdiction over the undergraduate and graduate curricula of the AYSPS, including program policy, curricular modifications, and academic standards.
