    Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and Theory Prerequisite: Econ 2106 or Econ 8100 or PMAP 8141 or MBA 7030 or consent of the instructor. The goal of this course is to stimulate critical thinking about today's environment and natural resource problems and the public policies designed to alleviate them. It attempts to broaden students' approaches to evaluating the state of their environment and the policies that affect the environment through critical analyses of case studies concerning current environmental issues. Students will gain experience in applying principles of economic analysis to evaluate today's environmental issues and public policy.
