Felix Rioja specializes in international macroeconomics with emphasis on productive public expenditures, financial systems and their effects on economic growth. He teaches courses in macroeconomics and international finance. His research has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Development Economics and Journal of Public Economics. He has also worked on policy advisory projects for Brazil, Jamaica, and Russia.
