PAUS 3011: Policy and Politics in the American City

This course serves as an introduction to the field of urban policy studies, exploring historical, social, physical, political and economic issues and concepts. Examples from the City of Atlanta and the Atlanta metropolitan region are used to illustrate many of the subjects. The course is appropriate for all students with a professional or personal interest in urban issues. (3 credit hours)
