PAUS 8031: Urban Political Economy

This course is an examination of the intersection of the political and economic systems in the United States and how they impact cities. The conceptual base for and development of public-private partnerships is studied; includes such community and human resource development partnerships as UDAG and JTPA. Selected case studies will be used. (3 credit hours)
