Paul G. Farnham
was asked by the Georgia State University Institute of Public Health to design a cost-effectiveness analysis component for the Evaluation Design and Pilot Evaluation for the Education and Community Services Engagement Linkage (ECSEL) program. This program, funded by the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, is an intensive case management pilot project for frequently institutionalized homeless persons with the goal of stabilizing and housing chronically homeless persons with dual diagnoses of mental health and substance abuse issues. The project is coordinated by James Emshoff, Department of Psychology, and Valerie Hepburn, Institute of Public Health.
helped develop and taught MBA 7030, Microeconomics for Managers, a foundation course in the MBA program in the Robinson College of Business.
was asked by the Georgia State University Institute of Public Health to teach PH 7530, Prevention Effectiveness and Economic Evaluation, in Spring 2005. This is a course open to students in the MPH, MA in Economics, MPA, and Joint Ph.D. in Public Policy programs.
