Karlease Bradford accepted a position as business manager in Kansas in May 2005.

Kathryn Brice joined PAUS as a Visiting Lecturer in January 2005.

Julie Brown joined the Andrew Young School Dean's Office as Development Director in July 2005.

Richard Charles left the Andrew Young School in July 2005 to accept a position as Director of Aviation at Utah State University.

James Cox, Professor of Economics, joined the Andrew Young School in August 2005 as the Director of the Experimental Economics program and the Noah Langdale, Jr. Eminent Scholar Chair.

Dotti Crews, Assistant Director for Intergovernmental Relations of the Environmental Policy Program, passed away in November 2005.

Reola DeRico joined the Neighborhood Collaborative as coordinator of the Fulton County RSVP program.

Margo Doers was promoted to Administrative Coordinator in the Fiscal Research Center.

Marie Durham accepted a position as Administrative Specialist-Academic in the Dean's Office in November 2005.

Rachel Ferencik VanValkenburg joined the Georgia Health Policy Center last fall as a contract worker and became a part-time Research Associate II in September 2005.

Chiara Franzoni is a visiting scholar from the University of Bergamo, Italy, under a research fellowship since August 2005.

Ronni French, Director of Development, left the Andrew Young School in March 2005.

Atef Ghobrial, Professor of Public Administration and Urban Studies, passed away on November 1, 2005.

Susan T. Goodman, Research Associate II, joined the Community Health Systems Development team in 2005 and retired in December 2005.

Jaiwan Harris accepted a position as Business Manager I in the Domestic Programs Office in May 2005.

Kenneth Heaghney was appointed as Georgia's State Fiscal Economics and as Research Professor of Economics in January 2005.

Gary Hoover left the Andrew Young School in June 2005.

Julie Hotchkiss, Professor of Economics, was promoted to full professor in August 2005 and was then appointed adjunct professor.

Khurshed Kholov was a visiting scholar specializing in nonprofit issues from the United Nations Development Programme in Tajikistan, sponsored by the PAUS department, from January to April 2005.

Yuriy Kitsul, Assistant Professor of Economics, joined the Andrew Young School in June 2005.

Reuben Lawrence joined the Neighborhood Collaborative as project coordinator for the Teen Parent Education Program.

Lindsey Lonergan, Research Associate II, was promoted to serve as Associate Director of the Community Health Systems Development (CHSD) team at GHPC in October 2005.

John Matthews joined PAUS as a Visiting Lecturer in August 2005.

Bonnie Naugle was hired as Limited Term Professional in the Dean's Office in April 2005.

Shannon Omisore joined the Andrew Young School Dean's Office as Publications Specialist III in January 2005.

Konstantin Pashev was a visiting professor from the Center for the Study of Democracy in Sofia, Bulgaria, from October 2004 to March 2005, under the Fulbright Senior Scholarship Program.

Cynthia Pembroke, External Communications Coordinator, left the Andrew Young School in April 2005.

Marketta Pettway joined the Andrew Young School as Assistant to the Director of the Georgia Health Policy Center in November 2005.

Klara Sabirianova Peter, Assistant Professor of Economics, joined the Andrew Young School in June 2005.

David Pitts, Assistant Professor of Public Administration and Urban Studies, joined the school in August 2005.
