February 15, 2016 –Complete Study Abroad Application on-line and submit $500 payment on PAWS! Those who are not selected for the program will have their $500 payment refunded. *Make an appointment to meet with Dr. Searcy BEFORE February 19, 2016.
March 1, 2016 –Second study abroad payment of $1,500 due on PAWS.
March 1, 2016 –Apply for your Passport! The longer you wait, the more you will pay.
March 3, 2016 –Maymester Registration opens. You must be registered for the Europe Maymester class to attend. Undergraduates: PMAP 3311, Graduates: PMAP 8916.
March 14, 2016 – Either full $1,300 group flight payment due or first $500 group flight payment due. Group flight payments can be made through PAWS.
April 1, 2016 –Final study abroad balance of $1,000 due on PAWS.
April 11, 2016 -Remainder of group flight payment due (only if full group flight payment was not made on March 14).
April 15, 2016 –Make sure vaccinations are up-to-date. Hepatitis A vaccine strongly encouraged for Czech Republic. Contact Georgia State Student Health Services or your physician.
May 1, 2016 –Review packing lists posted on website. Remember pack light! Don’t forget batteries and chargers for your electronic devices.
May 11, 2016 –Depart for Europe! Those taking the group flight will have a meeting time and place TBD.
*Do not treat May 11, 2016 as your final deadline to get everything done! Going on the trip requires you to meet these deadlines in a timely manner. Failure to meet these deadlines could result in you being dropped from the trip!
