Welcome to Domestic Programs

Domestic Programs provide nonpartisan research, technical assistance and education in the evaluation and design of state and local fiscal and economic policy, including both tax and expenditure issues. The Program office objective is to promote the development of sound public policy and public understanding of issues concerning state and local governments.
