at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies

The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University was pleased to present the Third Annual Dan E. Sweat Lecture on "Accountability and the Classroom: A New Light Inside the Black Box of Schooling," featuring Dr. Jane Hannaway, Director of the Education Policy Center at The Urban Institute in Washington, D.C.

The lecture took place on Tuesday, October 24, 2006.

Dr. Hannaway is an organizational sociologist whose work focuses on the study of educational organizations and structural reforms in education. Her bio can be found at The Urban Institute.
