Instructions for Parents and Guests
The Spring 2013 Andrew Young School Graduation Recognition Ceremony will take place on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the Georgia State University Rialto Center for the Arts.
Due to the large size of the graduating class, and the space limitation of the venue, this Spring 2013, we will be limiting the number of guest by issuing tickets to the ceremony.
Students will be allotted two tickets each to be distributed to their guests. Any remaining tickets will be issued closer to the date on a first come, first served basis.
All guests must have tickets for entry in the Spring 2013 Ceremony.

2:00 pm – Graduating students must be in their designated line up area dressed in regalia
3:00 pm – Processional for the ceremony begins
Andrew Young School Graduation Recognition Ceremony Etiquette
The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies recognizes that the graduation recognition ceremony is a celebration. It is also important for parents, guests, and graduating students participating in the ceremony, to acknowledge that it is a formal academic ceremony to be conducted with respect and dignity. We ask that everyone turn off all cell phones during the ceremony and remain seated for the duration of the ceremony.
