Sean Turner - Research Associate

Sean Turner is a Research Associate in the Fiscal Research Center of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in Economics. His research interests include tax compliance, state and local public finance, crime and economics, and public budgeting and expenditure analysis.  Sean Turner is from Pennsylvania and holds a B.S.B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University and a M.A. in Economics from Georgia State University.
