Stacie Kershner - Centers for Disease Control

Stacie Kershner left the Andrew Young School in April 2009 to begin working with the Centers for Disease Control. Stacie worked with the Andrew Young School from 2005 to 2009 as Project Coordinator with the Fiscal Research Center, managing data collection and research focused on tracking foster care improvements within Fulton and DeKalb County, in conjunction with the Department of Family and Children's Services.

Stacie graduated from Agnes Scott College in 2000 with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology and a minor in Political Science. She graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008.  Stacie's focus is on child welfare, child care, education, juvenile justice, and child safety and injury prevention.
