Sally Wallace - Associate Director
Sally Wallace is Associate Professor of Economics and Associate Director of the Fiscal Research Center. She came to GSU in the fall of 1991. From 1997-1999 she served as GSU's Chief of Party in Moscow for the Russia Tax Reform Project. Her research agenda includes issues related to both domestic and international taxation, fiscal decentralization and the impact of demographic change on public finances.
