Richard R. Hawkins - University of West Florida

Richard Hawkins is Principal Associate with the Fiscal Research Center and Associate Professor of Economics at the University of West Florida. He did his undergraduate work at Emory University and received his Ph.D. in economics from Georgia State University. While at GSU he was a Research Associate in the Fiscal Research Center. His research interests include public finance, particularly the sales tax.
