Ross Rubenstein is Associate Professor of Public Administration and Senior Research Associate for the Center for Policy Research at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. His research focuses on public budgeting and finance, nonprofit financial management, economics of education, and education finance and policy. He received his Ph.D. from New York University.
