Jeanie Thomas retired from her position of Senior Research Associate in the Fiscal Research Center in Spring 2005. Her primary research work has been in economic development. She is the managing editor of the FRC newsletter, Fiscal Matters. Jeanie holds an M. A. from Georgia State University.
