The Fiscal Research Center has a full-time staff and affiliated faculty from throughout Georgia State University and elsewhere who lead its research projects.

David Sjoquist (pictured) is Director of the Fiscal Research Center. He is also Director of Domestic Programs, Professor of Economics at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and Dan E. Sweat Distinguished Chair in Educational and Community Policy. Sally Wallace is Associate Director of the Fiscal Research Center.
