Glenn Landers - Senior Research Associate

Glenn is a Senior Research Associate Georgia Health Policy Center.
His primary areas of expertise are in long-term care and access for the uninsured. Since joining the Center in 1999, Glenn has led a variety of projects examining the state’s long-term care policies and programs. He has also studied options for care of the uninsured for the Georgia Department of Community Health, evaluated the condition of Atlanta’s health care safety net for the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, and recently completed a three-year study evaluating Georgia’s Disproportionate Share Hospital program. For five years he led Georgia’s HRSA State Planning Grant for the Uninsured in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget.
 
Glenn’s current projects include work on Georgia’s Certificate of Need (CON) program for the Georgia Commission on the Efficacy of the CON Program and the Georgia Legislature, evaluating children’s access to dental services for the Georgia Division of Public Health, and supporting long-term care program planning with the Georgia Division of Aging Services, among others. Glenn is published in Long-term Care Interface and Hospital Topics.
