Dr. Dillon Alleyne was a visiting scholar from the Department of Economics, at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Kingston, Jamaica where he lectures in Public Finance and Econometrics.
He has done work in Fiscal Policy and related issues for the Government of Jamaica, the World Bank, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). Prior to joining the staff at the Department of Economics, Mona, he was a Research Fellow at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies(SALISES) in Mona, Jamaica.
