Wenchun Zhang is an associate professor and vice chair in the Department of Public Finance, School of Finance at Renmin University of China in Beijing, China. He holds B.A. and M.A. in economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and Ph.D. in economics from Renmin University of China. His research interests are tax reform and international taxation.

During his time at the ISP He will conduct research on the project entitled “A Comparative Study of Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations in the United States and China”.
