Sustainable Urban Management (SUM) IQC, PADCO Consortium

The SUM IQC provides advisory services, technical assistance, and training in support of USAID's goal of well-managed urbanization, and the Environment Center's strategic support objective of improved management of urbanization in targeted areas. Managed by the Office of Environment and Urban Programs, the SUM IQC delivers services in four functional areas: expanded and equitable delivery of urban services and shelter; more effective, responsive and accountable local governments; reduced urban pollution; and credit program monitoring.
