As Chief Financial Officer for the International Center for Public Policy, Ms. Bhan has played a key role in procuring and overseeing multi-million dollar economic technical assistance and training projects for a wide variety of clients, spanning six global regions (Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, CIS). Ms. Bhan plays a lead role in financial planning, forecasting, financial bid process, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and reporting for the center. During her eight years at the center, ISP’s sponsored projects portfolio has steadily expanded, helping establish the center’s competitive presence on a global scale.
The center’s clients include multilateral institutions (e.g. World Bank, IDB, and UNDP), international donor agencies (e.g. USAID, DFID, and DANIDA), consulting firms (DAI, Chemonics) and national governments. Ms. Bhan’s skills have been further supplemented by an MBA in Finance in addition to a BBA in Economics.
