Ki-Whan
Choi (right), who is working towards a Ph.D. in Economics, was
awarded a $10,000 dissertation fellowship from the Lincoln Institute of
Land Policy. His dissertation is entitled, “The Economic Effects
of Land Value Taxation in an Urban Area under the Presence of Large Lot
Zoning; an Urban Computable General Equilibrium Approach.” He also
received a $1,000 scholarship from the Korean-American Scholarship Foundation.
