Nonprofit Leadership Roundtable
The 2nd Annual Nonprofit Executive Leadership Roundtable was held in
the spring. Burton Weisbrod, the John Evans Professor of Economics and
Fellow of the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University
presented “Does Institutional Form Matter, and Why?” Using
material from several of his papers and the same model, he explained behavior
in industries as varied as hospitals and symphony orchestras, higher education,
museums, jails and airport security. CEOs, executive directors and other
prominent Atlanta-area leaders convened for an executive forum and discussion
on critical issues in the nonprofit sector.
