Resumix
"Resumix" is a Spring event where select PMAP alumni and friends are invited back to campus to help current students get their resumes critiqued for the different employment sectors students are interested in. Alumni/guests will provide valuable feedback on what employers are looking for in job candidates. Guest reviewers will be limited to the number of students they can accommodate, so students will be chosen by lottery to fill appointment slots. Appointments will be 30 minutes each.

Requirements & How to Register for Appointments
- You must be a currently enrolled student in the Department of Public Management & Policy in order to participate in RESUMIX.
- Fill out the RESUMIX Application - indicating, in order of preference, the top three (3) employers you would like to schedule an interview/resume review appointment with. Two versions of the application are available, depending on what MS Word program you are using (older versions vs. newer) [Word Version 1] [Word Version 2]
- Send your completed RESUMIX Application, and a copy of your resume, to Dr. Maggie Tolan (mtolan@gsu.edu) by Friday, February 27th.
- Since each employer only has 5 interview slots (30 minute appointments) each during day, students will be assigned via lottery techniques to ensure equal opportunities for all students. The registration process is not a first come/first serve basis.
- If you are chosen through the lottery system to meet with an employer, you will be notified of your assignment(s) by Friday, March 6th (at the latest) - so please check your email address you provided on your RESUMIX application. When you receive your notification, you will also receive information regarding where you need to check in on the day of your interview, etc.

- It is customary for interviewees to send "Thank You" cards/notes to an employer following an interview date. PMAP students should request contact information from each employer during their interview time, and send them appropriate notes of appreciation in the days following the event.
