Celine Boulenger

Biography
Dr. Boulenger’s research interests are in the fields of environmental economics, applied macroeconomics and development economics, particularly the effects of climate change on developing countries and the ways these countries can mitigate these effects.
She comes to Georgia State from the University of Houston, where she was a Ph.D. student. While there, she received the Economics Department Teaching Award in 2016 and was a finalist for a university-wide teaching award in 2017.
