Rachel Campos joined the Georgia Health Policy Center in February of 2010. She is responsible for program development support for the Community Health Systems Development team. Specifically, Rachel assists the Technical Assistance with over 197 grantees nationwide by researching best practice models in the areas of communication, evaluation, and outreach. Before joining the GHPC, Rachel was an evaluation coordinator with a research firm in the Buckhead area, where she oversaw evaluation plans for two federally funded programs. She brings with her expertise in planning, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs in both the public and private sectors. Originally from Louisiana, Rachel attended Tulane University where she studied Health Communication and Community Nutrition and received a Master of Public Health. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
