Keywords: Borda score, extending an order on a set to its power set

This paper considers the problem of extending a linear order on a set to its power set when the linear order is represented by the Borda score function. We propose four simple and intuitive axioms to characterize the ranking rule of sets of possible outcomes under complete uncertainty based on the average Borda scores for given sets.
