Submit Social Media Content

We are glad to post messages, events and calls to action on our social media channels, and will do our best to help you reach your audience. Please allow at least seven days advanced notice, and note that all content will be posted at the discretion of the Dean’s Office. We may make modifications to content, images and targeted social media channels, depending on schedule and audience.

WHERE:  Our team maintains the main AYS accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+. We will post your message on the outlet that  


  • Facebook link: 810×450
  • Facebook photo: 800×800
  • Twitter: 1024×512
  • Instagram: 640×640 (or larger)

Image files in either .gif, .jpg, or .png. Note: we will accept other formats, but will need additional lead time if we need to edit images.

If you are not a very strong graphic designer, a great tool is Canva, which will provide you with all of the correct sizes and many templates for any need.

TURNAROUND: You will receive an email once your post has been scheduled, and we will do our best to schedule it within a week of receiving it.

  • Facebook is often difficult to schedule into, since we only do 5-7 posts per week, so it may sometimes be scheduled more than a week in the future.
  • We can schedule posts as far in advance as you need, so send us info as early as you can to guarantee a spot in our social media.
