This conference brings together leading scholars in urban and real estate
economics to discuss their current academic research. Topics cover empirical
methodology issues, price formation in urban property markets, the effects
of land use regulation, and transportation and land use. The conference
goal is to provide a venue for leading researchers in the field to present
their research to and meet with Georgia State faculty and graduate students
interested in topics in urban, regional, and real estate economics.
