THE DIGITAL LANDSCAPE INITIATIVE
The Digital Landscape Initiative aims to explore the future of the Andrew Young School policy school and its evolving roles within the contemporary policy landscape.
The Digital Landscape Initiative has been led by a task force made up of faculty and staff from across the school, who have met regularly since June of 2018.
Strategic Priorities for the Digital Landscape Initiative
Three design teams drafted action plans based on the roles determined by the task force. These action plans were reviewed by the management committee who then selected the three strategic priorities of the initiative’s implementation phase:
- Policy Analytics
- New Technologies & Marginalization
- Open Access
Roles for the Andrew Young School
Our task force distilled feedback gathered from over 300 faculty and staff members collected at two all-hands meetings to determine the roles for the Andrew Young School in the new digital landscape. These roles will be the guiding principles of the school throughout the change initiative and final implementation process.
- Shape the Work of the Public and Nonprofit Sectors
- Research Implications & Consequences of new Technology
- Embrace Digitization in Higher Education
