Ms. Cheung is currently a Senior Consultant in the Federal Health and Human Services Practice at The Lewin Group (Lewin). She is a skilled public health and health services researcher with over 10 years of experience in program and policy evaluation and evaluability assessments. She has developed, piloted, and fielded survey, focus group, and key informant interview instruments, applying her skills in formative, process, and outcome evaluations. She focuses on mixed methods evaluation designs and analysis and often collaborates with stakeholders across multiple programs. Ms. Cheung has designed, managed, and participated in implementation and evaluation activities addressing a wide range of public health and health services issues, including bundled payments, breast and cervical cancer, workforce development, clinical-community linkages, child maltreatment, oral health, asthma management, obesity prevention, hypertension, coordinated school health programs.
