Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and completed her Master’s coursework at Georgia State University. She currently serves as the Book Review Editor for the department’s two journal publications,The Criminal Justice Review and The International Criminal Justice Review, as well as teaching Criminal Justice courses at Perimeter College through a Fellowship. Her research interests include the experiences of marginalized groups, especially racial minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community in the carceral system and during reentry, as well as juvenile delinquency, recidivism, and alternatives to incarceration.
