Parker, Mary Jane
Mary Jane is a PhD student in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Georgia State University and a State Justice Statistics Fellow at the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. She is also a Signature Programs Student, which granted her the opportunity to visit Washington D.C. with the Panthers in the District cohort. Mary Jane received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of West Georgia in 2017 and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University in 2019. For her Master’s thesis, Mary Jane explored the association between social support, drug of choice, and adult drug court completion, as substance-using offenders is her research area of interest.
