Jeongyoon Jane Yang is a joint Ph.D. student in public policy at Georgia State University and Georgia Institute of Technology.

Her research focuses on the nexus of cross-sector collaboration, government-nonprofit relationships, and street-level bureaucracy. She is interested in how public service providers react to changes in the policy environment. Her recent research looks into how public service providers shape public values in public-private partnerships and AI implementation. Her work is currently being conducted across policing, science & technology, and education policy.

Before joining the program, Jane studied public administration and social welfare during undergraduate and completed her M.A. in public administration at Yonsei University, South Korea.
