Alice Prendergast is a research associate II with the Georgia Health Policy Center’s Long-Term Services and Supports team. Prendergast has expertise in HIV prevention and care, community-based program management, and public health education program design and implementation. She also brings experience in public health planning and proposal development.
At the center, Prendergast currently works on a collaborative project with the Georgia Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging Services to develop a strategic plan that establishes a more robust system for providing information and access to long-term services and supports. Her work also includes an evaluation of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Money Follows the Person program in Georgia.
