Kemoy Morris is the Grants and Contracts Officer managing the pre-and post-award portfolio for Dean’s office-level projects.

Furthermore, she conducts internal controls/expenditure review audits for the Andrew Young School, serves as the department research administrator, and acts as a liaison between department heads, faculty, and legal, University Research Services Administration/Office of Sponsor Programs.

Kemoy is a versatile leader with proven efficiency in program management, budgeting, grants, and contract administration. She is adept at tracking project activities, collaborating with staff, and distributing vital information across teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
