Liz Gallaspy

Liz is a Social Worker with over 28 years of experience in Child Welfare and Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment. She has been with Georgia State University Professional Excellence Program for over 10 years. She received her MSW from the University of Michigan and her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Mississippi Valley State University. She had her own Adoption and Foster Care Agency geared towards special need adoption. She works part-time at an inpatient psychiatric dual diagnosis facility where she provides family sessions, psychosocial assessments, process groups, individual sessions, and outpatient substance abuse interventions. Liz also finds joy in being a mother to her two young adult men.
