Lucy Rabinowitz is a research associate I at the Georgia Health Policy Center. She works on the Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health team. Her research interests include mental and behavioral health, health care and social services delivery and access, health disparities in vulnerable populations, and social determinants of health. She has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as program evaluation and policy analysis. Rabinowitz also has experience in health care systems reimbursement and revenue cycle analysis.
Her current projects at the center include evaluation of school-based mental health services, strategic planning and facilitation of Georgia’s Interagency Director’s Teammeetings, and resource mapping for children’s behavioral health services in the state. She is also supporting the development of Georgia’s System of Care state plan.
