- Biography
Mark Rider is a public finance and applied microeconomics specialist. He has worked on revenue forecasting and tax analysis projects for Georgia State University’s Russia Fiscal Reform Project and the Sri Lanka Tax Policy Training Program. Previously, he worked for the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Tax Analysis where he was responsible for forecasting current law tax revenues for a number of different taxes and estimating the revenue impact of proposed tax legislation. He has authored a number of scholarly articles on tax evasion and behavioral responses to taxes.
