Nasser Salmanzadeh is currently the Director of Student Recruitment and Services. He is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, change management, P&L, team leadership, and training. He has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Nasser has served as adjunct faculty in management and business at the college level for almost 20 years. He is highly experienced in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing technical teams. Nasser has excellent skills in project management, staff training & development, curriculum design and development, managing KPIs, LMS platforms, policy development & implementation, and Microsoft Project. He has worked in various organizations, including Navitas, where he served as Director of Education, ECMC Group as Dean, Interactive College of Technology as an Implementation Director, and ESI as Unit Director, Division Head, Department Head, and Instructor.
In all these roles, he has demonstrated his ability to lead, motivate and inspire employees to meet and exceed their personal and team goals. He is an Electrical Engineer by profession and has worked in the same capacity at Hendon Engineering Associates.
