Renanda Wood Dear

Renanda Dear is the Director of Practicum Education for the School of Social Work. She is a licensed master social worker with experience as a social work practitioner for numerous healthcare facilities, private adoption agencies, substance abuse clinics, and behavioral health organizations. Additional research interest includes gender and leadership issues, healthcare disparities, and career development. She holds a M.S.W. from the University of Georgia and a B.S.W. from Georgia State University.  Ms. Dear recently completed a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University in December 2016.
